Appendix A

The world is flooded with radio frequency signals.  They never stop and they couldn't be shut off even if every signal we generate on earth were silenced.  Because of this, radio frequency current is also present though always in lesser abundance.  Some sources of radio frequencies, radio frequency current, or both are:

• Cell phones and cell towers
• Street lighting
• Parking lot lighting
• Cable provider networks
• WiFi and Bluetooth
• Radio broadcast stations
• Television broadcast stations
• Data communication systems
• Buildings with metal supports, underground levels, and concrete reinforced with rebar.
• Metal frame buildings and structures can behave as 1 large or multiple large antennas.
• Wherever a conductor meets an insulator a static electric field can build up.
• With static electric fields extending large distances underground around utility lines and corridors, oscillating current can travel some distance.
• All it takes is a metal grate cover that's been magnetized to draw both up into an area of a city. 

Radio frequency current is the means by which we are able to remain behind the scenes, speak and listen without being known, avoid any direct confrontation (though appearances may be made to maximize the effectiveness of our techniques), and use the mind to suggest and influence.

Because of this, misdirection and confusion must be employed to maximum advantage at all times to guard how we conduct our business.

Appendix C (Collateral Damage)

The suggestions we use are carefully worded in a way for the unconscious mind itself to accept them as appropriate.  So if they don't apply to an individual they have no effect.

Examples of things never used (with some exceptions) in a suggestion:

• Numbers are never used (with some exceptions) due to the potential for collateral damage.
• Names are never used (with some exceptions) due to the potential for collateral damage.
• Behaviours (with some exceptions) or actions (with some exceptions) which are illegal or inappropriate are never used due to the potential for collateral damage.

So there is no credible evidence that a __ year old person in _____, __ who was employed at a local business and died under unusual circumstances had anything to do with suggestions in place in that area at the time.

Case closed.
